Ingredients:
4 lbs chocolate ( Dipping chocolate)
1 pint whipping cream
ground pecans or ground walnuts
Directions:
Melt chocolate and set aside until cool but not set.
Whip the cream to stiff peaks Fold into the chocolate.
Refrigerate for one hour.
Shape into 1″ balls.
Roll into ground nuts.
Place on waxed paper to set up.
Store in an air tight container.
