Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine
1/2 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated
egg whites, beaten
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup sesame seeds
6 cups oil, for frying

Directions:
Marinate thighs for 15 mins.
Dip each thigh into egg white and dredge in flour and cornstarch mixed with sesame seeds.
Deep fry until tender, 15 minutes.

Servings: 4

Time preparation: 20 min.

Time total: 35 min.
