Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger
1 small onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup raw rice ( I used 3/4 cup)
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
chow mein noodles ( the crunchy ones)

Directions:
Brown hamburger and onions.
Add celery, rice, soups, water and sauces.
Pour into a sprayed 13×9 pan.
Bake at 350 F for an hour, stirring a couple of times during cooking.
Top with chow mein noodles and bake 10-15 minutes longer.
Enjoy!
