Ingredients:
1 kg chicken, washed,cleaned and cut into small pcs.
4 teaspoons soya sauce
1 eggs
4 -5 teaspoons plain flour
1 inch fresh ginger, washed,peeled and finely chopped
3 -4 fresh green chilies, washed anc cut
1 teaspoon black pepper
salt
oil, to deep fry
1 pinch ajinomoto
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
Directions:
Place the small chicken pcs.
in a bowl.
Beat the egg in a bowl using an electric beater.
Add this beaten egg, plain flour and salt to the chicken pcs.
Mix well.
Keep aside for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan for deep frying the chicken pcs.
Gently put the chicken pcs.
in the pan and deep fry them on low flame.
Ensure that the chicken remains soft.
For this, it is necessary that you don’t over-fry it.
Remove the chicken pcs.
from the oil, drain on clean paper towels and keep aside.
Fry the ginger and green chillies in hot oil.
Add the fried chicken pcs.
to it.
Sprinkle ajinomoto over this.
Add soya sauce, pepper powder and garam masala powder.
Mix well and allow it to remain on low flame for 5 minutes.
For colour and spice, add 1/2 tsp.
of green chilli powder.
Serve hot with sauce or with rotis{Indian flatbreads}.
