Ingredients:
4 pork chops
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions:
Trim fat and slash edges at 1 inch intervals.
In bowl, combine dry ingredients. Stir in oil. Rub all over chops.(Can prepare a day ahead and refridgerate).
Grease grill and cook until juices run clear. Approx 8 minutes.

Servings: 4

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 20 min.
