Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) cans chickpeas
1 medium sized onions
vegan mustard
relish ( makes it sweeter) (optional)
2 slices vegan bread ( Rye is great with this)

Directions:
Cut up onion into small pieces Throw everything together in bowl Mash up chick peas, onion, mustard, relish with fork Put on vegan bread.
Makes a great lunch!
