Cherry Tomatoes in Garlic

Ingredients:
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 clove garlic, peeled & crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Rinse tomatoes and shake off excess water.
Place in a plastic bag with the garlic and the salt.
Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Turn occasionally to blend flavours.
Rinse tomatoes briefly before serving.

Servings: 3-4
