Ingredients:
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup red wine
1 lb pitted unsweetened frozen cherries

Directions:
Combine ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and allow mixture to simmer until mixture reduces to 2 cups. (About 30 minutes).
Chill.
