Cheesy Mashed Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
5 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered ( I like to use Yukon Gold Potatoes)
1 (3 ounce) packages light cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions, minced
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 dash paprika

Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender; drain.
Mash.
Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, onions, melted butter, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 375F for 20 minutes.

Servings: 6

Time preparation: 25 min.

Time total: 45 min.
