Ingredients:
5 -6 flour tortillas, slightly heated
cheddar cheese, sliced
1 (10 ounce) jars enchilada sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Roll up sliced cheese in flour tortillas and place in casserole dish sprayed with pam.
Cover with enchilada sauce and shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until all cheese is melted.
