Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes, cooked NOT peeled
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 ounce) sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Slice potatoes and place in greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
