Ingredients:
3 carrots (they’re sweeter and juicier) or 6 -7 baby carrots ( they’re sweeter and juicier)
150 g silken tofu
1 tablespoon almond meal
1 tablespoon rose water
Directions:
Juice the carrots. Blend the juice with the silken tofu, almond meal and rosewater until smooth.
