Ingredients:
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon butter
3 cups cooked brown rice
Directions:
Cook mushrooms and onions in Butter until tender.
Add rice.
Toss lightly.
Heat thoroughly.
Note: Use Beef or chicken broth to cook rice in for a heartier flavor.
