Ingredients:
4 cups brown rice, cooked
1 large onions, chopped
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:
Prepare the brown rice according to package directions.
Chop 1 large onion. In medium nonstick skillet cook onion in 1 tablespoon butter until softened. Stir in rice.
