Ingredients:
13 ounces broccoli, cut into small florets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 -2 garlic cloves, crushed well
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/3 cup unsalted cashews
3 tablespoons unsalted cashews

Directions:
Heat oil in heavy skillet or wok over medium high heat.
Add garlic and nuts and pepper flakes, if using.
Stir over medium high heat 2 minutes or until lightly golden.
Add broccoli and stir fry for 3-4 minutes or until lightly tender.
Serve hot.
