Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
1 (10 ounce) packages broccoli, cooked and drained
1 lb sliced Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the cheese together.
Put into a 9×12-inch baking dish.
Top with the cheese.
Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
