Ingredients:
1 cup popped popcorn ( prepared without butter or salt)
1/3 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute ( or sugar)
1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half ( or regular half and half or cream)

Directions:
Put your 1 cup popped corn (make sure it is not the microwave kind that is covered in salt and butter) in a bowl.
Sprinkle the splenda or sugar over the top.
Drizzle the cream on top as if you are making cereal.
Serve.
