Ingredients:
2 lbs potatoes
8 tablespoons farina
10 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 eggs

Directions:
Boil potatoes, then peel and mash.
Add farina, flour, salt and egg.
Work dough well.
Divide into 5 dumplings.
Place into boiling water, cook for 20 minutes.

Servings: 5

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 25 min.
