Ingredients:
2/3 cup fresh cottage cheese
2 -3 tablespoons red onions, diced small ( only red onion)
1 dash black pepper
Directions:
Place cottage cheese in small serving dish.
Stir in the red onion or garnish the red onion on top.
Add a few dashes of black pepper.
Enjoy.
