Ingredients:
1 can pinto beans, undrained
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 large onions, finely chopped
cilantro
1 large tomatoes, finely chopped
3/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon chili powder
salt and black pepper

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 30-45 minutes, adding water if mixture gets too thick.

Servings: 3-4

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 50 min.
