Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) cans black beans
1 teaspoon oil
1 small onions
1 teaspoon garlic
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 dash hot pepper flakes

Directions:
Heat oil in a pot.
Saute onions until tender and then add garlic.
Drain a little liquid (not all) from the beans and add.
Add vinegar and spices.
Simmer.
