Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs steak, cooked and cubed
1 (15 ounce) cans mixed vegetables or 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 large baking potatoes, cooked and cubed
2 cups beef gravy ( homemade or in a jar)
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 (12 ounce) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F and spray 8×8 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine steak, veggies, and potato in prepared dish and then stir in gravy and seasonings.
Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes and then remove from oven.
Increase oven temperature to 400 F.
Top meat mixture with biscuits and bake 8-10 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

Servings: 4-6

Time preparation: 15 min.

Time total: 65 min.
