Ingredients:
1 medium cucumbers, sliced thinly
1 small tomatoes, cut into small wedges
3 green onions, sliced thinly including little green top
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
salt & freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
Combine vegetables in a bowl.
In another small container, mix together vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper and combine well.
Pour over vegetables.
Cover and allow to marinate in refridgerator at least 2 hours.
