Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup sugar
12 ounces beer

Directions:
mix all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Add beer and mix. It should not be really wet, add more flour if necessary. Do not make it too dry though.
Preheat oven 350.
Put mixture into a greased bread pan.
Cook for 40 minutes or until it sounds hollow.

Servings: 10

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 45 min.
