Ingredients:
6 sliced carrots
2 tablespoons margarine
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon parsley
1 dash lemon juice
Directions:
Place all ingredients on a large piece of foil.
Roll& pinch sides together.
Cook on BBQ 15-20 minutes, turning regularly.
