Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 lemons, zest of
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 -4 teaspoons chili powder
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
Directions:
Add all ingredients, except salt, to a large bowl.
Combine ingredients by lightly folding with fingers.
Shape into 6-8 patties, sprinkle both sides with salt and grill or pan fry until juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
