Ingredients:
1 large ripe bananas
1/2 cup skim milk
10 large ice cubes

Directions:
Put bananas and skim milk into blender.
Blend for a couple seconds.
Add five ice cubes.
Blend until ice cubes have been chopped up a little.
Add the rest of the ice cubes.
Blend until smooth.
Serve.
