Ingredients:
2 small frozen bananas
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
1 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
