Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) cans hearts of palm ( drained and sliced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped roughly
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons garlic salt
pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Toss hearts of palm with all ingredients and spread evenly in glass pan.
Bake for approx 20 minutes or until lightly crisped/browned.
