Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups cooked rice
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to package directions- Drain.
In a large skillet, saute onions in butter.
When onion is transparent, stir in cooked rice, mushroom soup and the cooked broccoli.
Turn mixture into a buttered shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 F oven.
