Ingredients:
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 (24 ounce) cans pork and beans
1 (15 ounce) cans chili beans, undrained
3/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 (8 ounce) cans enchilada sauce
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except cheese; mix gently.
Place in a greased 2 quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 475 F for 15 minutes.
Reduce to 375 F for 30 minutes.
Top with cheese for 15 minutes or more.
