Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onions, chopped
1/4 green peppers, chopped
1 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons chili powder
3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 dash Worcestershire sauce, nice healthy dash
1 tablespoon sugar
salt, to taste
2 tablespoons vinegar ( dill pickle juice can be used)
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
Brown meat, pepper, onion and garlic in large skillet. Cook until no pink remains in meat and drain well.
Stir all remaining ingredients except milk into meat mixture. Place over low heat and stir in milk. Cook until thickened. This will happen quickly so don’t walk off and leave it cooking.
Serve on toasted buns.
