Ingredients:
3 cups water
1 tablespoon cinnamon
5 medium cinnamon sticks
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder ( if using fresh ginger lessen quantity abit)
3 tablespoons sugar ( or to taste)
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon pine nuts
Directions:
Boil all the ingredients in a saucepan except nuts on high heat, then simmer for 15 minutes.
Strain into cups.
Garnish with nuts.
Serve hot.
