Apricot, Cashew Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup ice cubes
1 cup fresh apricots or 1 cup dried apricots, rehydrated
1/4 cup instant powdered milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons cashews
1 tablespoon raisins ( soften if needed with warm water)

Directions:
Add all of the ingredients in order listed into a blender and blend till smooth.
Add more ice water if needed.

Servings: 1

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 10 min.
