Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup oats, uncooked
1/2 cup unsweetened chunky applesauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 dash ground cinnamon
Directions:
Heat milk in a heavy saucepan until hot.
Stir in oats, cooking 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Add applesauce and remaining ingredients.
Cook 1 minute or until thouroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
