Ingredients:
1 apples, peeled, cored, diced
4 slices bread ( I use italian)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons apple juice
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Directions:
preheat oven 350.
grease 8 in cake pan.
place bread in cake pan.
sprinkle with diced apple.
beat eggs with applejuice.
add brown sugar.
pour evenly over bread.
bake 15 min.
cut into 4 triangles
serve with syrup.
