Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground pork
1 eggs, beaten
4 -5 scallions, finely chopped
1 large tart apples, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1 1/2 teaspoons ground sage
1 tablespoon honey

Directions:
In a large bowl, with clean hands, mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Form into 3/4″ thick patties.
In a skillet over moderate heat, cook sausage patties until center is no longer pink.

Servings: 6

Time total: 20 min.
