Ingredients:
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt or 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
6 medium strawberries
1 cup canned crushed pineapple with juice
1 medium bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 ice cubes

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Servings: 3
