Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
3 teaspoons melted butter
salt and pepper
1 can chopped green chilies
2 cups cooked squash, mashed
1 cup crushed tortilla chips

Directions:
Beat together eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper.
Add squash and then chiles.
Top with crushed tortilla chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until set.

Servings: 4-6

Time preparation: 25 min.

Time total: 55 min.
