Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1 cup sliced peaches
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth and creamy.
This makes a great breakfast.
