Ingredients:
1 kg chicken
1 teaspoon red food coloring
3 teaspoons cumin powder
2 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon green chilies, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
5 pieces limes, chopped
salt
oil, to fry
Directions:
Cut the chicken and make deep cuts on the pieces.
Mix all the ingredients.
Marinate the chicken for a minimum of 2 hours.
Deep fry.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve.
