Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (10 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 3/4 cups milk or 1 3/4 cups water
2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
2 cups broccoli florets ( fresh or frozen & thawed)
Directions:
BROWN chicken in oil in large frying pan on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side; remove from pan.
ADD soup and milk to pan; bring to boil.
STIR in rice and broccoli; top with chicken and cover.
COOK on low heat for 5 minutes.
