Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) packages wagon wheel macaroni
1/2 lb bacon, diced
1 onions, chopped
4 -6 cloves garlic, minced
3 medium zucchini, halved and sliced
salt
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
In a large skillet cook bacon over medium heat until crisp.
Remove bacon to drain on paper towel lined plate; discard all but 2 tablespoons of drippings.
Saute onion and garlic in bacon drippings for about 3 minutes or until tender.
Add zucchini and salt; saute about 6 minutes or until tender.
Drain pasta and add to zucchini mixture.
Add lemon juice and bacon; toss well.
Pour into a serving bowl and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
