Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken, cubed
1 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 lemons, juice of
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Brown chicken.
Add tomatoes, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
Simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
