Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, diced
4 -5 small potatoes
2 slices bacon
10 -12 cherry tomatoes
1 dash lime juice
1 dash extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons capers
1 teaspoon honey
ground black pepper
1/4 cup fresh coriander
salad greens
Directions:
Cook potatoes until tender and quarter them.
Grill bacon then chop into small pieces.
Add everything to a pan and cook lightly for three minutes.
Toss and serve on salad leaves.
