Ingredients:
4 sandwich buns
2 cups vegetarian ground beef
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, but buns in medium saucepan.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat to low. Cover and let cook for 10-12 minutes, or until onion is tender.
Stir occasionally.
Serve on buns.
