Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon red peppers
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon basil
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or large plastic bag with either your selection of meat-preferably fish or poultry.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes, but preferably overnight.
