Ingredients:
1/4 lb shredded swiss cheese
1/4 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
16 ounces bavarian sauerkraut, drained
1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb corned beef, sliced from deli & then chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
rye cocktail bread
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Scoop into a 9×13 pan lightly coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with cocktail rye.
