Ingredients:
1 cup flour, plus
3 tablespoons flour
1 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
Just toss it all in the blender or magic bullet and blend until smooth.
Cook on hot griddle.
Serve with maple syrup.
Eat. Yum!
I substitute 3/4 c fat free half and half plus 1/4 c water for the 1 c buttermilk.
