Ingredients:
3/4 lb uncooked peeled and deveined large shrimp
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil or 1/2 teaspoon peanut oil
1 small onions, sliced
1 small bell peppers, sliced
Directions:
Mix soy sauce, splenda, cornstarch and crushed red pepper: set aside.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook onion, and pepper in oil 2-3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Stir in soy sauce mixture and add shrimp.
Cook 3-5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and firm and sauce is thickened.
Great served over rice (not included in points!).
